The woman is a resident of France and her age is 68 years. She was living in a flat with her 52-year-old partner and 159 dogs and cats. When he opened the door of the flat, there were only animals inside. Not only this, two dead dogs and cats were found in the bathroom, while the rest of the animals were victims of malnutrition. Some had infections and some were ill. The woman herself told that she was worried about taking care of him but she calls him the love of her life.

The woman told that in the year 2018 she had 3 dogs and 3 cats. Later he rescued some more stray cats and there were 30 animals. When these animals started giving birth to babies, their numbers kept increasing. The woman told that she wanted to do something good for them. When psychologists saw this condition, they told that there is a disease called ‘Noah’s Syndrome’. In this, the patient wants to save and care for animals, even when he cannot do so. At present, the court has stopped the woman from adopting animals and has also imposed a fine of more than Rs 1 crore 33 lakh on her.
